Charles Parks III (High Society Players)

November 27, 2018

The High Society Band were a soulful rhythm band backing vocalists such as Lakeshore Drive, featured on the 1978 release Disco Scene, and also Chicago’s Larry Dixon.  They cut several tracks in the 1980s which are now available through www.itstillmusic.com.  Charles honed his skills as a songwriter penning tracks for Larry including Make Up Your Mind and The Only One.

Still recording with Larry’s LAD Productions label, Charles’ latest LP ‘For The Love Of It’ was released on 20th March 2020 and is available for download here
