Clydene Jackson

December 19, 2019

Songwriter, arranger, pianist and award winning singer, Clydene Jackson is best known on the soul scene for her 1975 Ray Charles produced LP ‘Fresh’ featuring the killer cut ‘I Need Your Love’.  Meanwhile, she has written songs for Natalie Cole, CM Lord, Rozalin Woods and Richard ‘Dimples’ Fields to name but a few.

Today Clydene continues to perform, both with her band Gravity 180, and also as an integral member of the LA elite, invited to sing for Disney Pixar’s animations, such as Avataar, Lion King, Happy Feet and many many more.
