Every northern soul fan will have enjoyed the vocals of Eugene Thomas belting through the speakers as frontman with the Epitome of Sound on their monster hit You Don’t Love Me. Here Eugene speaks of his first recording with New Jersey outfit the Megatons on New York’s Laurie label and his life in music.

53 years after his first release Jean was back in the studio and chatted to Ady about his brand new 45rpm that saw release in August 2018.

Eugene passed on April 10th 2020 after a short illness
