Samm Culley’s career began as a keyboard player for Tiny Tim & The Hits where he met fellow singers Tom Price and Bill Collier.  The trio soon left Tiny Tim and along with Irvin Waters formed The Diplomats who went on onto record as the Skull Snaps.
